Welcome to Befiqrr™, operated by Rupendu Nayak Global Finmart LLP ("Befiqrr", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Befiqrr website, mobile application, products, services, and all related platforms (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. About Befiqrr

Befiqrr™ is a financial planning and financial services facilitation platform operated by Rupendu Nayak Global Finmart LLP.

We assist individuals and families by helping them understand and access suitable financial products and services offered by authorized financial institutions.

Our services include assistance with:

• Financial Planning

• Goal-Based Financial Planning

• Wealth Management Guidance

• Mutual Fund Distribution

• Life Insurance Assistance

• Health Insurance Assistance

• General Insurance Assistance

• Tax Planning Support

Befiqrr is not a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), insurance company, Asset Management Company (AMC), or registered investment adviser.

Insurance policies, mutual fund schemes, and other financial products available through our Platform are offered, managed, and serviced by their respective regulated institutions.

2. Eligibility

You may use our Platform only if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age;

• Are legally competent to enter into contracts under applicable Indian law;

• Provide accurate and complete information;

• Agree to comply with these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through the Platform is true, accurate, and up to date.

3. Services Offered

Befiqrr provides a digital platform to assist users in:

• Understanding financial products;

• Goal-based financial planning;

• Insurance product comparison and facilitation;

• Mutual fund distribution;

• Tax planning assistance;

• Financial education;

• Customer support and documentation assistance.

The Platform is intended to simplify access to financial products and improve financial awareness.

4. Nature of Our Services

Befiqrr acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator.

We do not:

• Issue insurance policies;

• Manage mutual fund schemes;

• Accept deposits;

• Lend money;

• Guarantee investment returns;

• Provide portfolio management services;

• Underwrite insurance risks.

Insurance proposals are evaluated solely by the respective insurance companies.

Mutual fund investments are processed through the respective Asset Management Companies and Registrar & Transfer Agents.

The final approval, underwriting, allotment, premium, NAV, acceptance, rejection, or servicing of any financial product remains solely with the respective financial institution.

4A. No Service Charges

Befiqrr currently does not charge any registration fee, consultation fee, advisory fee, platform fee, or service fee from users for accessing the services available through the Platform.

Befiqrr acts as a financial services facilitator and distributor, assisting users in understanding financial products, completing documentation, and connecting with authorised financial institutions. Any commission or remuneration payable to Befiqrr, where applicable, is paid by the respective product provider in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry practices. Such remuneration does not result in any additional cost to the customer.

If Befiqrr introduces any fee-based services in the future, the applicable charges, terms, and conditions will be clearly disclosed before such services are offered. Users will have the opportunity to review and accept the applicable charges before making any payment.

5. No Professional or Investment Advice

The information available on the Platform is intended for general educational and informational purposes.

Financial planning suggestions are based on the information voluntarily provided by users and should not be interpreted as legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

Users are encouraged to independently evaluate products and consult qualified professionals wherever appropriate.

6. No Guarantee of Returns

Investments involve market risks.

Past performance does not guarantee future performance.

Befiqrr does not guarantee:

• profits;

• returns;

• investment performance;

• insurance claim approval;

• tax savings;

• financial outcomes.

Investment decisions are made entirely at the user's own discretion.

7. Mutual Fund Disclosure

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks.

Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.

NAV, returns, and fund performance may fluctuate depending upon market conditions.

Befiqrr acts only as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor and facilitates transactions on behalf of investors.

8. Insurance Disclosure

Insurance products available through the Platform are offered by respective IRDAI-registered insurance companies.

Policy issuance, underwriting, claim settlement, premium determination, and policy servicing remain solely the responsibility of the respective insurer.

Befiqrr assists customers in understanding products, completing documentation, and facilitating communication with insurers.

9. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• provide accurate information;

• maintain confidentiality of your account;

• use the Platform only for lawful purposes;

• not impersonate another person;

• not upload forged or misleading documents;

• promptly update any changes to your information.

Users are solely responsible for the authenticity of documents submitted.

10. KYC Compliance

Certain services require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Users agree to provide valid:

• PAN

• Aadhaar

• Address Proof

• Identity Proof

• Photograph

• Signature

or any additional documents required by regulators or financial institutions.

Failure to complete KYC may result in inability to access certain services.

By registering with Befiqrr, you consent to receive communications through:

• SMS

• WhatsApp

• Push Notifications

• Phone Calls

These communications may relate to:

• account verification;

• service updates;

• policy renewals;

• investment confirmations;

• regulatory notices;

• customer support.

You may opt out of promotional communications where applicable, though essential service and regulatory communications may still be sent.

is the intellectual property of Befiqrr or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites including insurers, Asset Management Companies, payment gateways, regulators, or service providers.

Befiqrr is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or services of third-party websites.

Users access such websites at their own discretion.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Befiqrr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• investment losses;

• insurance claim rejection;

• market fluctuations;

• inaccurate information provided by users;

• technical interruptions;

• service outages;

• delays by third-party institutions;

• cyber-attacks beyond reasonable control.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Befiqrr, its partners, employees, representatives, affiliates, and service providers against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

• your misuse of the Platform;

• violation of these Terms;

• submission of false information;

• infringement of third-party rights.

17. Suspension or Termination

Befiqrr reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:

• false information is submitted;

• fraudulent activities are suspected;

• regulatory violations occur;

• these Terms are breached;

• misuse of the Platform is detected.

Termination may occur without prior notice where required to protect users or comply with applicable law.

18. Force Majeure

Befiqrr shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber incidents, government actions, internet failures, strikes, pandemics, or failures of third-party infrastructure.

19. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time.

The revised version will be published on this page with the updated effective date.

Continued use of the Platform after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
